The goal of the McCauley Family was to completely renovate their camp on the lake into a cozy lake cottage; making it a safe and inviting place to entertain family and friends and a retreat from the busyness of city life.
The remodel included a new kitchen with granite tops, two bathrooms, new maple flooring, fresh paint, and removing a wall to open up views of the lake.
We also made the home more comfortable and energy efficient by adding to the insulation and installing a new high efficiency HVAC system.
The spray foam insulation on the basement walls and dehumidifier keeps the basement clean, dry, and healthy.
